Fairly clean place with sea views and very attentive and efficient staff. Lovely bed in the double room, plus a nice sunny balcony and a carpet. Continental breakfast with a wide range of good meals to choose from. Certainly a very nice experience for a short stay in Gibraltar.

Had brilliant stay during our business trip. The room was functional & tastefully decorated with view of lower slopes of the rock, had free Wi-Fi. Ideal and peaceful location, it was right at a bus station. Besides, Apes Den was 5 km away from the venue.

Fairly large and clean venue with a reasonable value and courteous staff. Excellent food as for continental breakfast. Marvellous and fab location for visiting bars and restaurants next to the hotel. Marvellous service overall and parking nearby. Everything good.

Caleta has good facilities and amazing views onto the Mediterranean sea - our double rooms had a full-frontal view of the sea from the balcony. This was also apparent from the restaurant/bar area and is by far the best feature of the hotel. Despite the out-of-town location, there was a good free shuttle service to the centre of town
We booked a double room with a sofa bed thinking we could put an extra bed in the suite to fit four people - but we found out at reception that this was not possible. The staff were not particularly helpful and at £120/night we found them to be rather disappointing. It was for this reason we only stayed there one night instead of two. Location is poor for the centre of town despite having a great sea view from the hotel. The hotel is very over-priced.

Overpriced, becuase the safe didn't work we moved rooms, both rooms were supposed to be the same price but there was a big difference in quality between the rooms, even the better room had a tatty carpet and needed re-decorating

We arrived for our wedding stay but had to wait nearly two hours to get a room then got a standard room with two single beds dark room in lower grounds instead of superior room with double bed .we were going to leve and look for other plce but a customer service manager offered us the chice of two luxurious rooms to choose from or a full refund if we still wanted to leave as she could see we were so disappointed.we aggreed to a lovely double aspect oom with extra pace and we were offered a bottle of champagne as gesture..the situation was saved and we did sart our special stay later than planned but enjoyed it.staff is excellent.very good food.lovely romantic place!
Hotel does not look luxurious on the outside and is away from the centre but good bus service.taxi called from the hotel is charged at twice rate!(not hotel fault,s) Monkeys can sometimes come into hotel.very near rock! Breakfast does not offer English type with ggs,bacon,etc...(healthy option?) This is apparently not hotel fault but hotel did not have our reservations from Booked.net! Hotel was fully booked although we were shown three empty rooms!
